Lori

Lori

 Lori is our front office coordinator and verifies insurance benefits and billing inquiries as well as scheduling and more! She will make you feel welcome with a smile and upbeat personality. She is committed to ensure your experience is a genuinely positive one.  Lori has a background in early childhood education as well as medical reception. She is a wife and mom of 4 who enjoys serving in the community and spends the weekends on the lake, with her family.


Emily

 Emily recently joined the Lake Mary Plastic Surgery team as Dr. Shoukas' surgery scheduler. Emily focuses on ensuring the most positive and successful coordination of procedures for our patients. She is also a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant with experience in a premier Orlando Orthopedic clinic where she excelled in patient services, office administration, and direct support of the Orthopedic Surgeons. Emily also has significant experience working for a number of the world's most promiment cosmetic companies - including Chanel and Estee Lauder - and served in various sales and counter manager roles. 


Brandy

 Brandy has been a physician assistant for over 15 years. She received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Nove Southeastern University in 2010. She has experience in cosmetic, reconstructive, and oncologic care.  Brandy has extensive knowledge in skincare treatments including microneedling, sclerotherapy, and PRP. She is also fully trained in BroadBand Light and Halo therapy for anti-aging treatments, skin tightening, acne treatments, hair reduction, and skin hyperpigmentation. She performs all nonsurgical facial rejuvenation procedures to include botulinum toxin injections and fillers. Brandy consults with patients during their initial visits, preoperative visits, and postoperative care. She performs in-office procedures for cosmetic and dermatologic purposes. Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her three children, baking, and traveling. 


Amberly

 Amberly Martin is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with over five years of experience in plastic surgery. Amberly earned her bachelor’s degree in human services with a minor in emergency and disaster response from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree in nursing from King University in Knoxville, Tennessee. Amberly earned her master’s degree in nursing, with a concentration as a family nurse practitioner from East Tennessee State University. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  

 Amberly strives to treat each patient with the same dedication as she would her own family members.  

 Amberly is a Tennessee native and a huge Tennessee Volunteers fan. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, Siberian Husky, and friends. Her favorite hobbies are enjoying the theme parks of Orlando, going to the beach, and listening to country music.  


Daniella

 Daniella is a Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Medical Aesthetician with a strong background in Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Medical Aesthetics. Her passion for skincare began after years of struggling with adult acne, inspiring her to help others navigate their own skin concerns. She pursued her education at Florida Dermal Institute in Longwood, FL, graduating in 2022. She has extensive knowledge working with top medical-grade skincare brands like SkinMedica, SkinCeuticals, and more. Daniella specializes in lymphatic drainage facials, extractions, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microneedling. Her knowledge and hands-on expertise allow her to tailor treatments that enhance skin health and confidence. 

 Beyond skincare, Daniella plays a vital role in patient care, assisting Dr. Shoukas and Nurse Practitioner Amberly with consultations, post-op care, in-office procedures, and patient education on both surgical and skincare concerns. Having worked in both clinical and administrative roles, as well as being a patient herself, she understands the importance of compassionate, high-quality care.  

 Outside of work, Daniella is a dedicated wife and mother to a little one and two fur babies. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in fun activities, and playing co-ed softball, which she also coaches alongside her husband. She also prioritizes self-care days to recharge and maintain balance in her busy life.
